Refund & Return Policy
1. General Policy (Perishable Goods)
Due to the nature of food products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable items (such as fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy, or opened grocery items) once they have been delivered. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" after an order has been dispatched.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, or defective, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
We highly recommend inspecting all fresh fruits and vegetables immediately upon delivery in front of the courier.
Reporting window: You must notify us within 4 hours of delivery.

Resolution: Once verified, we will either provide a full refund for that item or include a replacement in your next delivery, according to your preference.
3. Incorrect Items
If we accidentally delivered the wrong product (e.g., you ordered 5kg Basmati but received 2kg), please let us know immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you at no additional cost and collect the incorrect item (it must be unopened and in its original packaging).
4. Non-Perishable Goods (Returns)
For non-perishable, sealed dry goods (e.g., unopened bags of lentils, sealed spice boxes, or kitchenware), we offer a 7-day return window.
The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
5. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, BOC Pay or FPS).
Timeline: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order was damaged or incorrect.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been processed or dispatched (usually within 2 hours of placing the order). Once an order is with our delivery team, it cannot be cancelled.
