Section: Payment Verification & Order Fulfillment
Ahmed’s Selection offers two methods of payment. Please ensure you follow the specific verification steps for your chosen method to avoid order cancellation.
1. Pre-Payment (ZA Bank / FPS) – Priority Dispatch
Payment Requirement: Orders are processed on a "Pre-payment" basis. No order will be packed until the full payment is confirmed in our ZA Bank/FPS account.
Screenshot Verification: Customers must send a clear, unedited screenshot of the payment confirmation via WhatsApp.
Verification Period: We reserve the right to wait for funds to reflect in our balance (usually 15–30 mins) before updating status to "Paid."
Order Expiry: If pre-payment is not verified within 2 hours, the order will be cancelled and stock (especially Mangoes) will be released.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Mandatory Confirmation
Availability: COD is available for select regions and items.
WhatsApp Confirmation: To prevent "fake" orders, all COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp within 1 hour of placing the order.
Verification: Our team will send a message to your provided number. If there is no response or confirmation, the order will be cancelled to protect our stock for serious buyers.
Note on Refusal: Repeated refusal of COD deliveries or providing false contact information will result in a permanent ban from our store.
3. Fraud & Security
Fraudulent Activity: Providing altered screenshots or fake COD details is a serious offense. We reserve the right to report such activity to the authorities.
Unclaimed Funds: If a bank transfer is received but cannot be linked to an order number, we will hold the funds for 48 hours. If unclaimed, they will be handled via Bank of China’s standard dispute procedures.
